Creamy Orange Smoothie

Enjoy this Creamy Orange Smoothie for breakfast or a refreshing afternoon treat! Packed with fruit, oats and flax meal it's as healthy as it is delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened plant based milk
  • 2 Oranges any variety
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/8th cup Old Fashion Oats
  • 1 tbsp Flaxmeal
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients starting with the plant milk and ending with ice to a blender
  • Process until smooth

Notes

This recipe makes one large smoothie or one regular sized smoothie and one child sized smoothie, as pictured.
