Cheesy Vegan Croutons
Cheesy Vegan Croutons are tossed in nutritional yeast & seasonings for an easy and delicious crispy, crunchy salad topping.

- 1 Loaf Crusty Bread I usually use French or Italian, Sourdough would be good as well
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 Tsp Granulated Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
Preheat oven to 400°
Cut bread into equal sized chunks
Put bread in a large bowl and drizzle with oil
Sprinkle remaining ingredients over bread
Toss bread until cubes are evenly coated
Spread bread on a baking sheet & bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden and crispy
- Croutons will stay fresh in an airtight jar for about 4-5 days
