Cheesy Vegan Croutons

Cheesy Vegan Croutons are tossed in nutritional yeast & seasonings for an easy and delicious crispy, crunchy salad topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Loaf Crusty Bread I usually use French or Italian, Sourdough would be good as well
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 Tsp Granulated Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Cut bread into equal sized chunks
  • Put bread in a large bowl and drizzle with oil
  • Sprinkle remaining ingredients over bread
  • Toss bread until cubes are evenly coated
  • Spread bread on a baking sheet & bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden and crispy

Notes

  • Croutons will stay fresh in an airtight jar for about 4-5 days
