Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Pineapple
  • 1 Golden Kiwi no need to peel
  • 1 Inch Ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp Flax seed
  • ½-1 Cup Coconut Water
  • 2 Cups Ice

Instructions
 

  • Add Ingredients to a high speed blender
  • Process until smooth

Notes

I've found my smoothies blend better by adding the whole ingredients first, then ice and lastly liquid as needed.
