8 Medium - LargeApples - any variety - we like Gala, Fuji, Pink Lady & Granny Smith peeled, cored and chopped evenly
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2Cup Water
1/2 Lemonjuiced
Pinch Salt
Instructions
Add prepared apples into a large pot over medium heat
Add remaining ingredients and stir
When the liquid starts to boil reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until apples are very soft - approximately half an hour depending on how large you chopped the apples
Remove from heat and allow to cool
Add to a blender and process to your desired consistency
Store in mason jars or other airtight containers in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks or in the freezer for a few months
Notes
You can use any variety of apples you'd like for this recipe but I do recommend using more than one type of apple
