In a small bowl or large measuring cup add ACV to the almond milk, set aside
Add dry ingredients to a medium sized bowl and whisk thoroughly.
Add maple syrup to milk mixture and stir
Stir milk into the dry ingredients and mix until mostly combined
Add onions and jalapenos to batter and stir until combined, being careful not to over mix.
In batches pour batter into heated waffle iron and cook until outside is crispy and insides are cooked through*
